SHRIMP COCKTAIL WITH SHERRY SAUCE

1 pound cooked shrimp

1 cup chili sauce cleaned

1 CUP dry sherry

1 cup diced cucumbers

1 teaspoon prepared

1 cup mayonnaise horseradish

Dice the shrimp and toss with the cucumbers. Mix together the mayonnaise, chili sauce, sherry, and horseradish. Toss with the shrimp. Chill 1 hour before serving.

Serves 4-6.

Serve with a dry German white wine, a Loire Valley wine like Pouilly-Fum or Vouvray; or if you wish, with a ros.
