How to Lose Weight in Less Than 2 Days

1 DAY

Lunch:

Fruit salad, any kind, as much as you want, with lowfat cheese or cottage cheese, on lettuce or other greens

1 slice wholemeal bread, toasted Tea/coffee/herb tea

Dinner:

â¢Vegetable Cheese Casserole served with 1/2 mug nosugar apple sauce sprinkled with 1 tablespoon raisins Sliced tomato and lettuce with vinegar and lemon dressing or *Scarsdale Diet Dressing Tea/coffee/herb tea

2 DAY

Lunch:

â¢Stuffed Tomato (see recipe for Wednesday lunch;

using stuffing 3); (no rice, no potato)

Boiled or mashed potato (no butter) with 1 tablespoon lowfat sour cream and chives

Or

4 ounces soya beans, weighed after cooking Stewed fruit; use sugar substitute if wanted Tea/coffee/herb tea

Dinner:

â¢Chow Mein on Rice

Salad of lettuce, sliced tomatoes Sliced pineapple or pineapple chunks (if tinned, packed in its own juice or in water, not sugarsweetened syrup)

Tea/coffee/herb tea
